we stayed in the chalet, it was brand-new and the bed was lovely. the room had a fairly clean bathroom and a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave oven. the hotel was placed in the very central location where to go when we drove in as the reception is on a hill area.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming lodge in Knysna. The lodges had a beautiful Swedish ski chalet feel, which made it a unique and cozy experience. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with well-equipped kitchenettes and breathtaking views. The location was perfect, nestled in a secluded garden but still close to all the main attractions and restaurants in town. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a lovely touch.
All was great at this hotel.

Good location overlooking the whole of the lagoon, but you will need to use the car to get into town. Log cabin style lodges are fun, but could be either too hot in Summer or too cold in Winter - just right in Spring and Autumn!

The staff were very welcoming and knew their area. the location was marvelous, close to the center, it's a plus. - It was very close to a good residential area of Knysna, Louisiana's rivers in the U and all the main attractions & restaurants.

Great rooms, all with views and big bath. Very comfortable
A bit further from town than some of the other places but not a big problem

Stayed in Unit 1. Unfortunately the room smelled strongly of old cigarette smoke. We went out to purchase air freshner it was so bad. Floor was just mopped and was still wet. Ants in the kettle and kitchen

We loved staying at this hotel as it was very close to all the main attractions & restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-maintained pool and clean rooms that were equipped with everything we needed for self-catering. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and approachable, giving us suggestions on where to go around this city.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We arrived after hours and the staff were kind enough to ensure that adequate arrangements had been made for our late arrival. The house, my friends and I shared, was beautiful and we immediately felt at home. The facilities were excellent and it was a pity that we only stayed overnight there.
